Welcome
to the Legitimate Race blog, a political blog dedicated to
fact-checking the campaigns of two Missouri politicians running for a
spot in the U.S. Senate. This is a project for our Political Communication class at Truman State University. We believe that by providing truthful
information about the Akin and McCaskill races, so we will be fact-checking the speeches and advertisements by these two campaigns. This, we hope, will encourage voters
to make an informed decision in the election this November. We will be
updating every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 PM!
